A May 29 Twitter post (direct link, archived link) includes a screenshot of a press release about a recently authorized COVID-19 vaccine in the U.K.
“Chemical spray mRNA vaccine deployed from military aircraft!” reads the post. “UK government officially approve a plan to force vaccinate the entire nation through the air we breathe #JAILtheWEF #ENDtheNWO #ClimateScam.”
The tweet was shared more than 100 times on Facebook, according to the social media analytics tool CrowdTangle. It was also retweeted more than 3,000 times in a week. Other versions of the post circulated on Twitter and Facebook.

There is no evidence of any U.K. government plan to forcibly vaccinate citizens. The press release included in the post announces the approval of the SKYCovion COVID-19 vaccine, which the release says is approved for administration by “intramuscular injection only.” The new vaccine is not mRNA-based, but instead utilizes nanoparticles that mimic the COVID-19 virus’ spike proteins.
