The Trump administration considered ethics when making decisions on Covid only “spottingly,” in comparison with Biden’s, Fauci said Monday on a World Health Organization-led webcast on pandemic ethics. Fauci, who’s also director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said ethics needs to be at the base of policies related to travel and resource-sharing.
