While people all across the country have debated what wearing, or not wearing, a mask may say about a person, Whole Foods has been vindicated in forbidding its employees to wear masks that say anything at all.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted Whole Foods’ motion for summary judgment in a suit brought by former employees who alleged they were wrongfully terminated for wearing “Black Lives Matter” masks.
