Fennemore Craig, a Phoenix-founded firm that has been expanding its footprint, has combined with Schmoyer Reinhard, a labor and employment firm based in San Antonio.
The merger brings Fennemore’s office count to 23, according to a law firm statement, which said the two operations joined forces Monday. The combination adds 11 Schmoyer Reinhard attorneys to Fennemore, which earlier this year counted about 350 lawyers.
“Schmoyer Reinhard shares our entrepreneurial DNA,” Fennemore CEO James Goodnow said in the statement.
