A fired company executive who filed a whistleblower-retaliation lawsuit alleging unlawful termination has reached a $34.5 million post-trial settlement resolving a Sarbanes-Oxley Act complaint.

Carlos Domenech Zornoza and his former renewable energy company TerraForm Power Inc. consummated their settlement agreement two months after U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis of the District of Maryland decided liability in favor of the plaintiff Domenech represented by Hinckley, Allen & Snyder.
