Lockheed Martin, a manufacturer of aerospace and defense technology and equipment, was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The suit was filed by Hill, Kertscher & Wharton on behalf of individuals employed by defendant as full-time firefighters. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01342, Stinson et al v. Lockheed Martin Corporation.
