Fisher Phillips Adds Three New Associates in California - Fisher Phillips

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Brody has joined the firm as an associate in the Los Angeles office, and Cyrus Moshiri and Harrison Zator have joined as associates in Irvine.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jennifer worked at an AmLaw 200 firm where she represented clients in workplace-related matters, including breach of employment contract, discrimination and harassment, violations of disability and medical leave law, wage and hour claims, and representative actions under the California Private Attorney General’s Act (PAGA). At Fisher Phillips, Jennifer will bring her experience in defending clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including class actions and PAGA claims and will provide counseling and training on a wide range of personnel issues.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, and her B.A. from Scripps College. She has pro bono experience assisting litigants in filing for conservatorships at Bet Tzedek Legal Services Conservatorship Clinic, an organization that provides representation to low-income residents of Los Angeles County.

Cyrus comes to Fisher Phillips from a national civil litigation firm, where he focused his practice on general liability defense, and has substantial experience litigating matters for individuals, small businesses and carriers...
