Attorneys at Fisher & Phillips on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Chick-fil-A and John Moreira to Florida Southern District Court. The suit, over alleged age-based employment discrimination, was filed by Arguez & Hirsch on behalf of Mauricio Diez Marina Avedillo. The case is 0:22-cv-60139, Avedillo v. Family Fitz, LLC et al.
