With more than 30 years of litigation experience, Tim is known for representing employers in federal and state court litigation and administrative proceedings throughout the country. He was most recently at one of the big four labor and employment law firms where he served as its Denver office litigation manager representing companies in complex labor and employment law disputes. Tim has defended businesses in a wide variety of employment law claims including those involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets, harassment and discrimination, EEOC pattern and practice litigation, Fair Labor Standards Act, wage and hour, breach of duty of loyalty, and public policy discharge.
