Cathryn Le Regulski joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in its labor and employment practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Wednesday.
Le Regulski advises public, private, and nonprofit companies on employment law matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, financings, joint ventures, spinoffs, divestitures, initial public offerings, and other complex corporate transactions. Her work includes counseling on employee-related considerations that can affect deal execution and long-term business value, including executive transitions, incentive structures, workforce integration, redundancies, retention issues, and restrictive covenants, the firm said.
She joins from Sidley Austin.
