Ford Motor Co. and a female former employee in Chicago agreed to dismiss her lawsuit based on alleged workplace sexual harassment.
Terri Lewis-Bledsoe and the company filed a stipulation of dismissal with the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday. All claims asserted Lewis-Bledsoe’s November 2021 suit are dismissed with prejudice and without attorneys’ fees or costs to either party, the stipulation said.
It was unclear from the case docket whether the parties had reached a settlement and counsel for Lewis-Bledsoe and Ford Motor didn’t immediately respond Friday to Bloomberg Law’s requests for comment.
