Ripa’s practice focuses on health care False Claims Act matters, with a particular interest in cases involving pharmaceutical pricing violations, Anti-Kickback Statute violations, and FDA/regulatory approval issues. He advises on complex fraud schemes and investigative strategies, the firm said.
