The former boss of DRA Global claims he was denied whistleblower protection and subjected to “ongoing personal criticism and antagonistic behaviour” by fellow directors when he raised concerns about alleged misconduct and potential regulatory breaches.
Andrew Naude also alleges DRA’s former chief financial officer was forced out of the mining engineering company after investigating a secret backroom plot early last year to overthrow the board and that chairman Peter Mansell and key managers ignored adverse declarations by the Takeovers Panel in breach of the Corporations Act.
