Electric vehicle charging network EVgo and employee Ayman Sheshtawy were hit with an employment discrimination lawsuit on April 18 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The court action, over alleged sexual assault and retaliation, was brought by the Melmed Law Group on behalf of a former employee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23SMCV01643, Fidone v. Evgo Services, LLC.
