Deutsche Bank AG has been hit with litigation from a former senior executive who claims the bank fabricated a “ridiculous” racial discrimination claim to get him fired after he flagged regulatory violations to the top brass.
Represented by Ziegler Ziegler & Associates, Noah Ramos said he had pressed the “highest level of management” to come clean to federal regulators about missing controls that allegedly caused the bank’s lending arm to improperly accrue $173 million.
