A former GlaxoSmithKline LLC employee is barred from using or disclosing company trade secrets that she allegedly unlawfully obtained in the days before and after she resigned, at least while the suit is pending, a federal court in Maryland said.
The biopharmaceutical maker showed that it’s likely to win a suit alleging Denise Brooks unlawfully took trade secrets and confidential information that she had access to as a result of her employment and knew was intended to be kept confidential, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland said.
