KANSAS CITY, Mo. —
A former bank branch manager in the Kansas City metro area has been indicted by a federal grand jury in connection to a Covid-19 fraud scheme.
Anthony Omar Brockman, 48, was charged in an eight-count indictment.
He’s accused of accepting Kansas City Chiefs playoff tickets and a new Chevy Tahoe in exchange for assisting a $12.4 million Covid-19 fraud scheme by a Jefferson City, Mo., business owner.

He was the former branch manager of Truman Hospital U.S. Bank, located in KCMO.
According to court documents, the pandemic forced the bank branch to close, and he was assigned to the US Bank’s Paycheck Protection Program.
According to court documents, Brockman is accused of assisting and facilitating PPP loan applications for Tod Ray Keilholz, the owner of TRK Construction, LLC, TRK Valpo, LLC, TL Builders, LLC, and Project Design, LLC, in Jefferson City.
Kelholz was charged in a separate indictment for his role in a $27.1 million bank fraud scheme that included the PPP loans.
