Former UC Employee Claims He Was Fired After Seeking Disability ... - Law.com

Regents of the University of California was slapped with an employment discrimination lawsuit on June 1 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The court action was brought by Nosrati Law on behalf of a former academic HR analyst who contends that he was wrongfully terminated after seeking disability accommodations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 23STCV12525, Coyt v. The Regents of the University of California.
