Fox News viewers have torn into Donald Trump after he made a false immigration statement during a video call with members of the military on Thanksgiving.
During the November 27 call, which he took from his Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida, the United States President praised the 101st Airborne Division, as some members of this regiment are currently based at the US-Mexico border.
However, during his moment of praise, he couldn't help but slip in an erroneous dig at Joe Biden, telling the military personnel, "The 101st has done an outstanding job at leading the task force, the joint task force, at our southern border," before adding, "We have nobody coming in. They're not coming in. Under Biden, they were coming in by the millions."
However, the 79-year-old didn't stop there, as he reiterated his earlier comments. "Now we have nobody coming in. We have a strong border. Nobody talks about it anymore."
