Fox Rothschild LLP and a former administrative assistant who said male attorneys sexually harassed her while she was working for the firm in New Jersey agreed to the dismissal of her lawsuit.

Stephanie Jones and the firm “stipulate and agree that any and all claims filed herein by any party against any other party should and hereby are dismissed with prejudice and without costs or attorneys’ fees,” the parties said Tuesday in a proposed order filed with the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. The filing asks Judge Evelyn Padin to so order the dismissal.
