A whistleblower can move forward with his suit accusing insurance products company Venture Agency Holdings Inc. of retaliation after reporting alleged fraud to the SEC, a California federal district court said.
Michael Feldman adequately alleged that Venture committed an adverse employment action, in violation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, when it terminated their producer agreement, Judge George H. Wu of the US District Court for the Central District of California said Monday.
