A whistleblower can move forward with his suit accusing insurance products company Venture Agency Holdings Inc. of retaliation after reporting alleged fraud to the SEC, a California federal district court said.
Michael Feldman adequately alleged that Venture committed an adverse employment action, in violation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, when it terminated their producer agreement, Judge George H.
