Gabbard sends DOJ criminal referral over whistleblower complaint tied to Trump impeachment - KMPH

WASHINGTON D.C. (SBG) — The Justice Department is now faced with the question of whether to launch a full criminal investigation after receiving a criminal referral from the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.

"This was a partisan political attempt once again to undermine the will of the American people who elected Donald Trump as president of the United States," Gabbard said on a News Nation interview.

Gabbard is also releasing what she calls never-before-seen documents that expose A coordinated effort by elements within the intelligence community to manufacture a conspiracy that was used as the basis to impeach President Trump in 2019.

That first impeachment of two stemming from what President Donald Trump referred to as a "perfect phone call."

A 2019 conversation between him and the new President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in which Trump is said to have threatened to withhold military aid if Zelenskyy did not launch an investigation into Hunter Biden's business deals at a time when his father, Joe Biden, was running for president against Donald Trump.
