EPHRATA — Grant PUD commissioners are considering an amended resolution that would give the utility’s general manager and CEO authority to approve future changes to several administrative policies, including policies governing public-records requests and whistleblowers.

The Grant PUD Commission reviewed an amended version of Resolution 9129 during its Tuesday, Sept. 15 workshop. The resolution is scheduled for consideration at the commission’s Sept. 22 business meeting, according to utility meeting documents.
