David J. Stein has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its labor and employment practice in Chicago, the firm said Wednesday.
He maintains a restrictive covenant practice and defends corporations in class and collective actions involving the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act and complementary state statutes, according to Greenberg Traurig.
Stein served as the vice chair of the litigation practice at Masuda Funai.
