Greenberg Traurig has bolstered its employment law practice with hires in Milan and London from Watson Farley & Williams and EY respectively.
The new hires include Giuseppe Bulgarini d’Elci, who joins as a shareholder in Milan alongside a team that includes counsel Roberta Cristaldi, senior associate Chiara Schirru and associate Giuseppe Fera. Meanwhile in London, former EY national head of employment law Virginia Allen joins as a shareholder.
The incoming hires bring a broad range of expertise across all aspects of employment law in Italy and the UK.

Bulgarini d’Elci arrives after just over four years at Watson Farley & Williams, bringing with him around three decades of employment litigation experience, including in areas such as individual and collective dismissals, disciplinary matters and breaches of noncompete clauses.
