Anne Martinez joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its labor and employment practice in Miami, the firm announced Tuesday.
Martinez’s work focuses on defending employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and termination-related claims in federal and state courts. She has litigated more than 300 such cases and counsels employers on workplace issues, including reductions in force, adverse employment actions, and internal investigations, the firm said.
She joins from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
