Halliburton asked Judge Jennifer L. Thurston on Friday to confirm the award the arbitrator, retired California Superior Court Judge Frank Ochoa, entered in June on Ricardo Rodriguez's wage and hour claims, arguing the arbitrator made an impartial decision when he ruled in the company's favor.
