Hard Rock Cafe Accused of Shorting Employee Wages | Delaware Law Weekly - Law.com

A Hard Rock Cafe employee has sued the restaurant chain’s U.S. branch in Delaware federal court, claiming she and hundreds of others have been underpaid while working overtime and making tip wages.

Ferry Joseph, the Beligan Law Group and Ohio attorneys Michael Fradin and James Simon filed the class action suit Jan. 18 against Hard Rock Cafe International USA Inc. on behalf of a plaintiff who worked at Hard Rock’s Las Vegas location and is also representing a Nevada subclass.
