Home Box Office Inc. and parking production assistants who say it retaliated against them for participating in a separate wage-and-hour lawsuit asked a federal judge in New York to sign off on a deal resolving the dispute.
The settlement provides the workers—whose jobs include reserving parking spots for productions filming in the New York City area—with more than $40,000 total, according to a joint motion for settlement approval filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
