Hector Ruiz, Former Deputy Chief, Employment Litigation Section, Civil Rights Division of The DOJ, Joins KCNF - citybiz

Kalijarvi, Chuzi, Newman & Fitch, announced today that Hector Ruiz, a veteran employment litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience at the Department of Justice (DOJ), has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Ruiz most recently served as Deputy Chief of the Employment Litigation Section of the Civil Rights Division where he oversaw employment discrimination investigations and litigation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA).
