Heo Woong (32, KCC), a professional basketball player and son of former national team coach Heo Jae, filed a lawsuit against the legal representative of his ex-girlfriend, who claimed he sexually assaulted her, on charges of conspiracy to commit false accusation, but it was concluded without charges.

According to the legal community on the 5th, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station did not forward the case against attorney Noh Jong-eon, the legal representative of Heo's ex-partner A, for conspiracy to commit false accusation due to a lack of evidence on the 13th of last month.

Heo claimed that A demanded 300 million won under the pretext of revealing private information last June, and he filed a police report for attempted extortion. A was transferred to the prosecution two months later. In October, attorney Noh submitted a complaint, alleging that he instigated A's false accusation in pursuit of a settlement.

Immediately after the lawsuit, A filed a counterclaim against Heo for attempted rape causing injury. However, the police determined there was no charge.
