A man recently discovered that his company had hired a man for the sole purpose of getting employees fired.

The man was hired as a “helper” at an organization found that he was given an excessive amount of work.
He went above and beyond what was expected of him, even automating some of his workload to save the Company about 15 working hours a day.
However, the man was not getting much recognition for his efforts, and one day he discovered that the Company had brought in someone to assess his position without telling him.
Describing his coworkers as mostly “technologically illiterate boomers,” the man said that he noticed a strange guy in a team meeting one day taking notes.
The man referred to him as “the sergeant.” However, about a week later, the man said the sergeant started treating him poorly, ignoring him and even scoffing at him during group conversations.
One day, while looking for some important files, the man found a personal folder structure within one of the drives that contained “the sergeant’s notes.”
He discovered that the sergeant was going from location to location, trying to get people fired to save the CEO money.
The man found that the sergeant had written that he had “clearly atrocious attention to detail,” among other negative comments.
Feeling fed up with the lack of recognition and the assessment, the man set up three automated emails, including one to his boss informing him that he would be taking two weeks of vacation...
