Home Depot Ex-Manager Sues Over Chances for Younger Colleagues - Bloomberg Law
A Home Depot USA Inc. store manager was transferred so a younger, female colleague could get more exposure to allow her to be promoted, he says in a new lawsuit.
He was then terminated after an incident with a customer despite younger employees not getting the same treatment for similar incidents, he said in a complaint filed Wednesday in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
