Sometimes you have to help out the law, and in Goat Simulator 3, you’ll find yourself getting into scenarios where this is a common occurrence. That’s, of course, when you’re not breaking the law and causing all sorts of mayhem across the map.
One of the later missions, known as Whistleblower, will see you tracking down some criminals in the name of justice. Unfortunately, it’s also one of the most ambiguous missions in Goat Simulator 3, which may leave you beating your head with a truncheon. Upon reaching Downtown and unlocking the Goat Tower, you can spot a mission on the southern side known as Wanted: Whistleblowers. As you reach the police station where the mission resides, you’ll be greeted with the objective: “Put those noisy whistleblowers behind bars”. Unfortunately, the description is fairly vague, but signals you need to find three whistleblowers.
These can be found across the entire Downtown area and are easily recognizable by the whistling they’ll do when you’re in their vicinity. However, this area of Goat Simulator 3 can be fairly densely packed with tons of noise drowning out the whistleblowers.
