Hulk Hogan Claims He Had 26 Surgeries in a Row: Real or Fake? - Sportsmanor

A lot of people across the world refer to WWE as fake, due to the script work the professional wrestling industry includes. But there’s no denying that the performers take real risks while performing in the ring, and their work takes a massive toll on their health.

Over the years, several veteran from the Stamford-based promotion have shared their experiences about the way their bodies took damage throughout their pro wrestling careers. A few months ago, WWE legend Hulk Hogan did the same during an interview as he claimed that he had 26 surgeries in a row.

This happened during an episode of the Full Send Podcast, as Hulk appeared on the show to discuss his professional wrestling career. While doing so, he started talking about how his body gave up over a decade ago. He said, “My body shut down on me about 14 or 15 years ago and I ended up having like 25 or 26 surgeries in a row.”

While briefing further about the surgeries, The Hulkster went on to share details about the surgeries he had. He disclosed that he had 10 back surgeries, had his knees replaced, and went through several other things. His claims about the surgeries were absolutely true, and he blamed the work schedule of the industry as the major cause for such surgeries.
