The House Ways and Means Committee released documents Thursday regarding IRS whistleblower allegations involving the Hunter Biden investigation.
Two different IRS employees who worked directly on the tax evasion case of the president's son provided testimony to the committee alleging misconduct at the IRS and FBI, preferential treatment to Hunter Biden, and Department of Justice interference.
One of the IRS whistleblowers stepped forward publicly last month as Supervisory Special Agent Gary Shapley testified for about six hours to the House Ways and Means Committee staff. A second whistleblower, an IRS case agent, has not been identified but also provided testimony to the committee.
