Updated versions of Idaho’s withholding certificate and the exemption form for military spouses were released by the state tax commission.
The updated Form ID W-4, Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate, was posted Dec. 21. The form itself did not change but its worksheets were updated to decrease the amount of additional withholding that nonresident aliens must request, which ranges from $16 to $68 depending on the pay period used, down from $17 to $72.
