As always, Women’s Physique Olympia 2022 sparked excitement among bodybuilding fans. Natalia Abraham won the title against the defending bodybuilder Sarah Villegas. As pointed out, this year, Villegas lacked conditioning and Abraham edged her out on that. However, Villegas received mixed reactions to her loss. Thus, the 2-time winner of the title decided to talk about it and deflate her haters.
Surprisingly, after the successful 2021 event, she lost the title this year. She posted a picture of her fairly defined physique on Instagram and wrote about it addressing the critics. Let’s take a look at what she said.
Sarah Villegas discarded her bodybuilding critics
After tolerating constant criticism, Villegas finally took to her Instagram to talk about the situation. To illustrate, she wrote, “Here is a conditioning lesson for those who questioned my conditioning at this year’s Olympia. I’m more conditioned than your favorite male bodybuilder, even on my softest day…” With this, she posted a picture of her back which more than made her point.
The picture was from the morning of prejudging at this year’s Olympia.
