Insomnia Cookies LLC won a bid to transfer a proposed class action alleging it failed to pay managers overtime to Missouri federal court.

“Convenience and the interests of justice favor transfer” to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Judge Jesse M. Furman of the Southern District of New York said.

Michael Williams and Jonn Gibson, who worked as general managers of Insomnia Cookies stores in Missouri, sued in the Southern District of New York in April, alleging violations of federal and Missouri wage-and-hour laws.
