Is your law firm among the best places to work? - Minnesota Lawyer

Minnesota Lawyer and its sister company Best Companies Group have opened registration for a new recognition program, Best Places to Work in Law Firms, for law firms nationwide with a minimum of 10 employees. If your firm participates and if it is deemed a best place to work, you will receive a badge of recognition to use in your future marketing.

When potential clients are looking to work with law firms, they often consider factors such as reputation, expertise, and firm culture.

“By participating in the Best Places to Work in Law Firms program, firms have a chance to differentiate themselves as employers of choice,” said Jaime Zepeda, executive vice president of Best Companies Group (BCG). “Not only does this recognition attract top legal talent, but it also enhances firms’ reputations, fosters referral business from other firms, and highlights their commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal industry.”

According to the American Bar Association, top performers are 30% more likely to apply to companies with such recognition, and 14% more likely to stay with them.

In addition, law firms that prioritize a positive and inclusive workplace culture are more likely to attract a diverse range of talent, including individuals with different backgrounds and perspectives.
