Cuatrecasas hires Isabella Gandini, Margarita Llorente and José Santos Ossa as new partners. Gandini and Llorente, experts in labor and employment and real estate, respectively, join the Bogotá office in two practice areas that will be part of major business decisions in the coming years. Santos Ossa, expert in public law and regulatory markets, will do the same when joining the Santiago office.
Gandini has over 20 years’ experience advising national and international companies on hiring processes and contract termination, company mergers and acquisitions (due diligences and best practices), negotiating work-life balance with employees, proceedings before administrative authorities, and social security matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a Postgraduate Degree in Labor Law from the same university, and a Master in Human Resource Management from Universitat de Barcelona.
Margarita Llorente has over 25 years’ experience practicing law in companies in the real estate and raw materials sectors. Her experience as an in-house lawyer was consolidated in companies like Glencore Colombia and Amarilo, where she was vice president of corporate, legal and sustainability matters.
