The Bam Margera saga continues — this time, with his brother Jess Margera claiming that the Jackass star is “dying” as he allegedly battles a drug addiction.
“I hope none of you have to hurt as much as me right now,” Jess captioned a photo of him and Bam on his Instagram Story, per Page Six. “He is dying and there is nothing I can do about it.”
The post was a stark contrast to a previous tweet made by Jess, where he alleged that his brother may have caused him “permanent hearing damage” as a result of a “physical confrontation” between the two, which ended in a warrant for Bam’s arrest.
“If that’s the case all of my bands upcoming touring income he will be sued for and I will fucking win,” he wrote, adding that he would donate the money to mental health programs. “I’m not a fun enemy to have.”
Several days after Jess claimed that Bam struck him in the head, urinated in the kitchen sink and threatened to kill his family, the pro skateboarder surrendered to the multiple charges he was facing before being released on a $50,000 bail. His attorney insisted that he is “innocent” and slammed his brother’s story as “defamation.”
Bam — who has been in and out of rehab — also took to Instagram last week, where he revealed that he has officially stopped drinking alcohol for the sake of his young son, Phoenix, whose name he recently had tattooed on his face.
