Kim’s practice focuses on cross-border employment law matters and advising employers on challenges in the global economy, the firm said.
She works with clients to develop strategies for a global issues, including onboarding, structuring compensation, managing performance, conducting transactional due diligence, integrating workforces post-transaction, and implementing reductions in force.
