Joshua Henderson has joined Jackson Lewis PC as a principal in the San Francisco office, the firm said Wednesday.

Henderson, who joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, has experience in NLRB litigation, collective bargaining, due diligence in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions, and arbitrations, according to Jackson Lewis.

He counsels and defends clients in employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class and representative actions, said the firm.
