A jailed woman’s Facebook page continues to spread false and damaging claims about her ex-husband, a serving police officer.
Jennifer Pritchard, 47, from Tredegar, was sentenced to 18 months in prison after launching a 'vile smear campaign' against her former spouse, South Wales Police officer Stephen Pritchard.
Despite her conviction, the Facebook page she used to spread the lies remains live.
The page, titled Jen’s Justice, includes posts describing Sgt Pritchard as a 'rapist' and a 'baby killer.'
Other posts accuse him of domestic abuse and claim he brought colleagues home to 'rape her.'
Some of the false statements date back three years and have not been removed.
Pamela Kaiga, prosecuting, told the court Jennifer Pritchard had a history of making false allegations and had previously been prosecuted for perverting the course of justice.
She said Pritchard had been 'persecuting' her ex with repeated falsehoods about domestic violence, rape and being a baby killer.
In a statement read to the court, Sgt Pritchard said: "I was the target of a false and malicious campaign on social media to ruin my career.
"I've suffered anxiety, depression and other health issues.
"I just want my life back.
"I don't think she will ever stop."
