Yélamos joins the firm accompanied by a team with extensive experience in employment law, comprising Fernando Yélamos and Rafael Valseca López, thus strengthening Ontier’s ability to offer comprehensive employment advice tailored to the needs of companies. The new team will join the employment practice led nationally by partner José María Fernández Mota, which already includes Eduardo González Biedma, professor of employment and social security law at the University of Seville.
The lawyer, who holds a degree in Law and Political Science and Administration, has a proven track record in business advice, with extensive experience in collective bargaining, collective disputes, redundancy procedures, workplace accidents and social security.
