INDIAN WELLS — FitzGerald & Mulé LLP, an established labor and employment law firm serving Southern California, announces that Jana B. FitzGerald has joined the practice as an attorney.
FitzGerald, the daughter of Partner John E. FitzGerald, III, previously practiced as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City and Menlo Park, California, and most recently, at Paul Hastings in San Francisco. Her practice experience has included litigation and all aspects of labor and employment law. She has worked on the defense of class actions, representative actions, and individual plaintiff lawsuits involving federal and California anti-discrimination and equal pay laws; California wage-and-hour laws; the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and others. She has provided advice and counseling to numerous clients and has conducted workplace training.
Ms. FitzGerald is a Palm Springs native who attended local public schools before graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, and then earned her law degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
