Jay-Z rape accuser admits ‘inconsistencies’ in case but insists star & Diddy raped her at 13…as he slams ‘f... - The Sun

JAY-Z’s accuser, who claimed the music mogul and Sean "Diddy" Combs raped her when she was 13 years old, admitted to several inconsistencies in her lawsuit.

But the Alabama woman, who remains unnamed, stood by her allegations and insisted the rappers took turns raping her after the 2000 MTV VMAs award show.

In the lawsuit, originally filed in October, a woman identified as “Jane Doe” sued Sean “Diddy” Combs for alleged sexual abuse but was refiled on Sunday to include Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter.

The accuser admitted to "some mistakes" while recounting the alleged rape but maintained the accusations made against the two rappers are true, in an interview with NBC News.

“Honestly, what is the clearest is what happened to me and route that I took to what happened to me. Not all of the faces there are as clear,” the accuser told NBC.

“So I have made some mistakes. I may have made a mistake in identifying.”

Jane Doe had initially claimed to have spoken to a celebrity during the after-party, but this person was not in New York at the time.

She also rebuked her earlier claim that her father picked her up after the alleged assault.

The news outlet also reported that images she described in the lawsuit did not match up with the after-party Diddy and Jay-Z were seen at that night.
