The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s Metropolitan Investigation Unit investigated Jeon on charges of defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act, violation of the Basic Telecommunications Act, and violation of the Special Act on the May 18 Democratization Movement, among others.
