JG Star issues official statement on Shinji’s fiancé Moon Won: denies false allegations, considers legal action - allkpop

On July 8, singer Shinji’s agency, JG Star, issued an official statement regarding the controversy surrounding her fiancé, Moon Won. The agency stated that Moon is reflecting sincerely on his past behavior, while firmly denying allegations of school bullying and infidelity. Legal action is also being considered against those spreading false information.

Shinji, a member of the long-running co-ed group Koyote, announced her engagement to Moon in June. However, shortly afterward, a series of claims emerged on YouTube and social media platforms. The agency acknowledged Moon’s past shortcomings. “He recognizes that he behaved disrespectfully toward Shinji and her fellow Koyote members and regrets hurting someone he loves,” they explained. “With the sudden attention following the announcement of their marriage, some immature behaviors came to light.”

However, JG Star emphasized that Shinji and Moon’s relationship has been built on mutual respect. “We have observed their relationship for a long time, and like any couple, they care for and support each other. Moon has pledged to grow and take accountability for his actions.”
